About James
Strategist & experience designer
I help businesses define themselves, tell their story in a way that resonates with customers, understand what their customers want, develop products and services that meet those needs, and build effective customer experiences, sales journeys, and onboarding journeys.
Let's connect
Background & experience
My journey started in graphic and website design, where my background in product design meant that I was forever attempting to extend the brief to provide great usability and a great user experience, which led to my becoming a UX designer. As a UX designer, the problem-solving path led ever further back down the process to research and ultimately strategy – working on the fundamentals so that the customer and user experiences work.I have worked both directly with B2B & B2C businesses and via agencies:
- Startups & small businesses
- National and international businesses & organisations
- In-house teams
- Digital, PR, & marketing agency teams
Ways we can work together
Whether you are starting out or are an existing business wanting to review and improve, I will help you to develop a product, service, or brand that is memorable and to develop effective customer acquisition, onboarding, and sales journeys. I can work with you via a call, a single workshop, a series of workshops, or on a fractional basis.
