Stakeholder & user interviews
Users & stakeholders

Conducting interviews as part of generative research helps to uncover the ‘why’ – behaviours, thinking, problems & challenges – generating qualitative insights that help frame the problem and the planning of further research.
What we will do
When conducting research for you, we will first seek to understand what you need before agreeing on a programme of research that will meet those needs. As part of that programme, we may conduct interviews with a pre-agreed selection of stakeholders, and/or existing and prospective customers/users.
The interviews will seek to uncover problems and challenges, delving deeper to uncover their context, framing the current situation, and providing insights for further research.
Customer/user interviews are often conducted in conjunction with user testing.
What’s included
- A report, written in simple and concise language, which explains the findings from the interviews
- Recommendations for the next steps
- Audio, video, transcripts, and other artefacts from interviews

Understanding the market landscape
Stakeholder and audience interviews brought an understanding of both who the business wanted to engage with, and what that audience wanted. The insights enabled the development of a comms plan, and web platform, to engage with a new generation of sports fans.
