We will arrange a pre-workshop discovery call/session to learn about what you need and deliver a workshop, or set of workshops, tailored to helping you develop engaging content. You will leave with a content strategy that will enable you to create journeys, & experiences, that will engage, support, & guide.
What’s included
During the workshop session, together we will develop your content strategy based on your goals and your customers’ needs, creating artefacts such as content pillars, tone of voice, and style guidance, which will enable you to create content that engages your audience.
- A workshop lasting 60-90 minutes
- Artefacts from the workshop, and support with creating content
- A report, written in simple and concise language, which summarises the workshop outputs
- The audio/video and transcript (if the workshop was online)
- A playback session to review the outputs and plan your next steps
- A follow-up call 14 days after the playback session
