Many businesses, big and small, take the tempting route of going from problem to solution, only to find that accounting for customer needs, motivations, and behaviours would, in retrospect, have been very worthwhile.
What we will do
It is possible to get oriented quickly, via a workshop, using the knowledge you already have. Generating, in as little as a couple of hours, ways to differentiate your products or services from competitors. Although this should not act as a replacement for market and customer research, this workshop will work with where you are in developing your products or services:
- Prioritise the insights and opportunities presented by your market/customers
- Optimise your product or service offering to appeal to the needs of your customers
- Work on a strategy for product/service pricing
For small businesses, a product and service workshop may take as little as a couple of hours. I often run this workshop for businesses that asked for help with optimising their customer journeys (and website), which is the logical next stage.
